When you think about your health...

Let's get real for a minute here! When you think about your body... what do would you like it to look like in 6 months, if things were to go really well?

How well do your clothes fit? How much energy do you have? What amazing adventures are you taking? How confident are you? How strong is your relationship? How does your body feel?

Take some time and write this stuff down.  What do you really want out of life? Comment below if you want (I promise to reply to every comment) or shoot me an email so we can discuss!  I would love to hear from you!

This is important.

Where do you want to be?  Tell me more about what your life would look like if you had the health you've visioned for yourself.

What would your life be like if all of these things were true? What would be the impact on you and your loved ones? How would it feel to create this amazing powerful body and this kind of health for you? Why is this important to you? What is the best thing about creating your best health? On a scale of 1-10, how important is this to you?

(write this down... get out a journal and write this down)

 

 

Because next. We are going to talk about where you are NOW...

Next, I want you to describe what your health looks like now. How do your clothes fit now?  When you walk into a room, how much confidence do you bring with you? How much time do you spend on self-care? Which foods give you energy? Do you know which foods drain your energy? Do you have a coach or a trainer to lean on when you have questions? How would you rate your satisfaction in the area of your health on a scale of 1-10? How does this current situation feel to you now? What is the worst thing about your current state of health? What is the cost to you of staying in the same place and not achieving what you really want?

OK - have you taken inventory about where you are now? 

Write it down... get it all out... because now - we're going to do the real work.

What is stopping you from getting to where you want to go?

What roadblocks or challenges are stopping you from getting where you want to go? Why is this such a challenge for you? What other challenges or roadblocks might you run into? Do you feel any challenges around what to eat? Around exercise or movement? How about challenges with accountability and motivation? Do you feel like something is always getting in the way of your intentions? Like something (or someone) else is always more important? What do you see as your biggest roadblock to having the health and the body of your dreams? (You know, the one we were juuuuust talking about?)

When you look at this list of challenges... How does that make you feel?  What's the worst thing about these challenges? What is the impact of these challenges on your health? Knowing about these challenges, why do you think it is that you haven't solved them already?  How would you feel if these challenges stopped you from creating the health of your dreams?

Mmmmmmmm...  Let's sit in that for just a minute longer.

Now.  Shake it off.  Wiggle your body a little and get rid of that. It's pretty powerful stuff, change.

How do you feel?  Where did that resonate for you?
